Pros
- Remote first company that respects your work/life balance. - Flat organization. There is no strict hierarchy or management oppression here (at least for my department) you are free to express your opinions in everything. - Good base salary for a startup/Thai company. - Good co-worker, a small company with only 50 staff so you know almost everyone here. Everyone is your friend even senior management or CEOs. - Nice office, hot desk with monitor and height adjustable desk, free Nespresso coffee, 10 min walk from BTS. - Flexible working hours. No need to timestamp your worksheet. (although for some positions, you need to record your task in Clockify).
Cons
- Majority of the staff here is remote workers so you may not see them face to face even once while working here. - Small company with only 50 staff that handle global and nationwide projects so workload is sometimes very high and working overtime is unavoidable. - Multi-tasking, time management, and task prioritization skills are necessary here. You can get overwhelmed with work very quickly if you don't have it. - High turnover rate because only the salary is provided for contract staff and there are no additional benefits or compensation. - Hiring is mostly contracted-based with a 2-year fixed-term contract. - Career path is still mostly vague because the company was only recently founded 2 years ago.
