      Pros

      The people are great, hard working and with a great sense of community

      Cons

      Does not have opportunities for career growth, there is not a clear definition of roles or levels. The ‘People’ department does not seem to care about people at Clip. There are a lot of management issues past on to the engineers, and a lot of females are quick to resign due to toxic practices by leaders and managers
