Pros
The one company I have worked for that truly puts a Work Life balance as a priority. From No Meeting Day Wednesdays to actually being able to stop work at 5 and the support for Remote Work is top class. No requirements to come into the office but still getting the team together for meaningful and engaging team building and work focused events, either virtual or in person, throughout the year. The people here are amazing, I know everyone at every company says that, but here your manager actually cares about you succeeding, goes to bat for you for your performance reviews and works the many different ways to reward you for your successes. Embrace your ability to discover something new every day and get the support behind the entire team to learn together from our failures and celebrate our successes.
Cons
Like any startup, pivoting is constant and some projects just don't pan out or resources are needed for another critical thing, so it can be hard if you can't embrace your ability to adapt.
