Pros
The team assembled at Clockwise is very kind, caring, and supportive. They perform reviews biannually which seems to be uncommon for a company of their size. It was nice to receive feedback frequently.
Cons
They are still struggling to find product market fit and it does not seem that the EPD teams are working well together. This is evident of a constant overhaul of the company strategy on an almost biannual basis during my tenure at the company.
