      Pros

      Free candy, lots of work to do, fast paced, never a dull moment, can be rewarding professionally as you can work with many things

      Cons

      Bad work/life balance, understaffed in some areas which leads to working many many hours. Fine if you are young and in the beginning of a career but not easy for single parents or parents of small children. Input of hours does not reflect benefits/salary in the end.
