None at all . no structure .no prospects unless your face fits. Terrible pay .no support from the Directors . culture of blame and secrecy !

Too many to list ! Just find sm employer that respects the long serving employees and work for an employer who trusts you to do your job , this company certainly does not trust any staff unless your face fits.
