Proof that the grass is greener - Director Closed Loop Employee Review

I have been at Closed Loop for a year after spending the majority of my career at a large agency. Prior to coming here, I read all of the company reviews and thought 'this sort of seems too good to be true?' However, it didn't take long to realize that Closed Loop is exactly as advertised: a world-class team of talented practitioners working under extraordinary leadership. Lance, John and Amanda are humble, brilliant leaders who are open to new ideas, kind and understanding, and have created an environment where people feel free to ask questions and are motivated to do their best work. I have been very impressed at the sense of community and culture at a company where most employees are remote, and I think this is a testament to the trickle down from the top. On more than one occasion I have had team members from other teams reach out with a helping hand when I have had a lot on my plate -- and that spirit of helpfulness and kindness permeates this organization. I am grateful to have found my forever home at Closed Loop.
