Pros
The culture is very positive and supportive; ClosedLoop does right by both it's clients and its employees at every turn. You really feel like a part of an amazing and impactful team that does something no one else has figured out how to do.
Cons
Not really a con, but there is a steep learning curve. But again, people are very supportive.
