Pros

1.The leaders truly care about the mission of the company. 2. Good culture. 3. Flexible environment. 4. Great non-monetary benefits.

Cons

1. High turnover due to poor compensation. 2. There is a high-pressure environment in some departments. 3. Huge workload, if you have some time on your hands and do not really need the money this is the company to work for. You will stretch yourself.

Thank you very very much for your feedback. I am very pleased to hear that your experience so far has been pleasant. When we consider the remuneration we provide the team members, we do take into account the role that they perform, the knowledge skills and abilities needed for the role and the location that the role is based in. We also view remuneration as a total reward, which isn’t always about base pay but other variables too. We look at the total package, including training opportunities as well as wages/salaries and incentives. We believe that when you join CloudFactory you have the opportunity to Earn, Learn and Serve. That said, we would love to hear more feedback about your concerns relating to compensation and the workload you are struggling with. Please reach out to global.ta@cloudfactory.com or your line manager to provide more feedback on this. Again thank you for your honest feedback.

There is a big gap between "low level" and "high level" employees, their salaries are really low for anyone working in their projects versus the qualifications they offer, as being bilingual
