When we consider the remuneration we provide the team members, we do take into account the role that they perform, the knowledge skills and abilities needed for the role and the location that the role is based in. We also view remuneration as a total reward, which isn’t always about base pay but other variables too. We look at the total package, including training opportunities as well as wages/salaries and incentives. We believe that when you join CloudFactory you have the opportunity to Earn, Learn and Serve.
