Pros

Awesome colleagues and great learning opportunities. Team members are supportive, good work environment- flexible work schedules.

Cons

Poor compensation for hard working employees who are really dedicated to their work. Leadership should try and implement effective salary reviews. Career growth is slow.

Thank you for your great feedback both positive and constructive. We appreciate the fact that you acknowledge the hard work that is put in to provide a more positive and meaningful experience for all employees. Our most valuable asset is our incredible people and we do not take that for granted. In regards to your concerns voiced around career pathways and remuneration, the company spent a major part of 2020 embarking on marketplace research in regards to the needs of the employees, which included but was not limited to remuneration, variable compensation, career mapping to name a few. To encourage people to own their own development, we also established a new internal mobility procedure to allow people to move to different departments within the company, and do our best to support and provide an environment for people to grow. We do genuinely appreciate you providing feedback and are trying to always do better. We're not perfect, but we do care. Thank you for your years of contribution towards achieving our ambitious mission. We wish you all the luck with your future career.
