Okay - Data Entry Clerk CloudFactory Employee Review

Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review and for highlighting the flexible working that we offer! For some of our workstreams, breaks are 30 minutes in a 4 hour window. For more of our workstreams, we allow much more flexibility in that cloud team members can claim time up to 8 hours in a 12 or 24 hour window, so are able to work up to 8 hours at times of their choosing. We feel this offers a great way of allowing for increased flexibility and proper time for breaks. We'd love to find out more about keeping cameras on, so do feel free to reach out to us to discuss this if you feel comfortable doing so...we do know that in the past, some team leaders have created 'virtual office' environments with cloud team members to help build community, but if this is different to what you mentioned, we'd love to know more.
