Pros

Great WFH culture and kind people. Sadly, though, a great culture and kind people alone do not a great company make.

Cons

Let me count the cons: * Useless managers * 16 hours a week in meetings * Siloed teams * Ongoing exodus of top talent * Spent zillions on a "tool" and then laid off 70+ people * Just went through another massive layoff

Cons

There is a big gap between "low level" and "high level" employees, their salaries are really low for anyone working in their projects versus the qualifications they offer, as being bilingual
