      Pros

      Wonderful teammates, opportunity to work with folks from other countries, remote first work environment is well established

      Cons

      Bloated teams and reckless spending meant multiple, huge rounds of layoffs since November 2022. A lot of investment in proprietary systems which don’t have a need internally at CloudFactory, nor any use elsewhere.

      Its a huge global company with large amounts of personel and infrastructure, there seems to be different paths in where one can grow in the company if you

      There is a big gap between "low level" and "high level" employees, their salaries are really low for anyone working in their projects versus the qualifications they offer, as being bilingual
