Pros

I’ve been at this company for almost 2 years and never been happier. It is nice to work with a company that is not constantly micromanaging your work or your work schedule. Basically you come in and do your work and respect others, kinda like being an adult. Everyone here is down to earth and we get along great, so get ready to stay after work Fridays for a beer to chat about your week or life in general.

Cons

If you have to drive in, parking can get expensive. Be prepared to pay at least $17/day, or you can use public transit which is within walking distance and very reliable.

Pros

The office is in a nice location close to Victoria's Inner Harbour.

Cons

This company is a cubicle / call center environment with very little interaction among staff. They recruit sales people from stable jobs then don't offer adequate training on their software product. (You are expected to learn from watching videos of an old version of the software on Youtube channels.) The role is glamorized during the interview / hiring process and it is actually a phone rep sales job doing prospecting calls rather than account management of new accounts. It is a small office and your coworkers listen to all your calls for the 8 hours a day that you work. They also expect you to do all the reaching out to find answers to questions rather than helping you to be set up for success. The CEO is arrogant and not a good people manager.
