Pros
Moves like a startup. Be fast, get it done, wear lots of hats. I've never worked with a more committed group of people and love of the company shows in everything they do.
Cons
Acts like a startup. Clearly communicated cohesive future goals can be hit or miss. A lot of internal processes are made up as you go, or not followed, and it affects productivity.
