Great company - Sales Manager Cloudvisor Employee Review

The work culture is amazing and the fact that it is remote-first is also great. Most people in the company are very nice and happy to help you whenever needed. The salaries and benefits are very good and they hire from different locations around Europe and the world.

There is questionable leadership in place and the decisions they make to keep or fire someone are atrocious sometimes. There is a big turnover at the company and they keep spending money on talent only to fire them later due to a 'bad fit' when in reality it could be because your manager and the CEO don't really have a vision for the department and how to work remotely. Also they say they don't micromanage and the work is async but they get upset when you are not working 9-5 and not being 'online enough' even if you have your tasks and meetings all sorted out :/
