Pros
I have been working for them about 2 months now. I really enjoy it, I am located in the US PT so the time zones are different so sometimes it does benefit me with higher traffic. They are very cool, laid back as long as you do your job, which is easy, you are just playing a character honestly.
Cons
I wish the planner where we put our hours in was more user friendly. I wish you could change it to your timezone. It is a challenge every week when I put in my hours. Payment every week or at least every 2 weeks would be great.
