My experience with this company, especially during the exit process, was highly unprofessional and concerning. After submitting my resignation and serving a substantial portion of my notice period, I was verbally instructed by management to stop reporting to work. My system access was revoked without any formal written communication, making it impossible to continue work or complete a proper handover. Following this, there was a complete lack of response from HR on multiple emails regarding: - Pending salary (including partial unpaid months) - Full & Final settlement - Relieving and Experience letters Instead of resolving the matter transparently, the company later responded with retrospective allegations of non-performance—without any prior written warnings or documented communication during my tenure. More concerning was the attempt to: - Withhold earned salary - Adjust dues unilaterally - Raise financial claims against me for “unserved notice period” despite restricting my ability to work Additionally, legal threats were introduced regarding company assets, even though I had clearly expressed willingness to return them through a proper documented process. This kind of approach reflects: - Lack of structured HR policies - Poor handling of employee exits - Use of pressure tactics instead of fair resolution I would strongly advise current and prospective employees to ensure all communications are documented and to be cautious during the resignation and exit process. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and improves its internal processes and employee relations.

Only one pros that developer colleagues are very helpful

Cons

The management is not very supportive and does not properly listen to employees’ rights and concerns. Employee suggestions are not taken seriously by the management. There is no proper work–life balance in the company.
