The promise of a structured grad program is a complete lie. Management/HR have no idea where grads are going to be sent for their rotations and have no idea what you'll actually be doing on the job, despite promising you whatever you want to hear, so you say "yes" to the job. Graduates are used as cheap labour. Theres no formal technical training whatsoever. If youre looking to work in design engineering, do not bother. Base salary wages are poor and additional remuneration for working away is laughable. Management/HR do not care about the wellbeing of their workers, despite multiple attempts to raise overwhelming issues.
