The company is still young and growing so there is ample opportunity to jump in, contribute, and learn a ton about recruiting, business development, startups, and the Seattle technical market. Every day and every client bring new and exciting challenges and I loved the fast-paced working culture and environment.

As we are a young company, there is little in the way of processes and workflows that are still being developed... so dealing with ambiguity is a big part of the job. Sometimes work-life balance can be a bit tough, but that comes with the territory in a startup!
