Unstructured. For a company with almost 16000 employees worldwide the level of unstructured is amazing. To a certain extend it works like Mafia. Bonuses or salary raises are based on pointing fingers or favourites, not structure for choosing, nominating or reviewing employee’s performance. If you mention the words "annual review", most employees do not even know what it means, especially in Europe. Those at the very top retain all the control and decision making process not empowering anyone, including managers, to make even simple decisions making the work environment miserable and frustrating.
