Pros
CloverDX has grown significantly in the four years I have been with the business and continues to take the fight to its larger competitors by winning a wide variety of clients. As every client has a different use case it keeps the sales process interesting and you continue to learn every day as we 'bend' the software to help. From a company perspective, it has supported me and others to develop and I feel that this has contributed to an improved financial performance. In fact, the one word that sums up the company is support, as from day one until now, every department is available to help . In terms of ethos, the company believes in the team over the individual and I think this is best summed up by the lack of a sales only Presidents Club but instead a company skiing trip, fully paid for, for you and your family. For me, this encapsulates the type of company it is.
Cons
Whilst I mentioned that support is high, the flip side is that structure can sometimes be light, which means that certain employees can find it hard to find their way. This is something that has been identified but will need to be improved even further as we continue to scale. From a sales perspective, we are an established but smaller player in our market and this means that you need to be better than the competition in delivering our value proposition and qualification.
