Pros
+ Great coworkers. Lots of comradery and teamwork. + Good benefits. + Interesting/exciting work. + Overall positive atmosphere. + Decent work/life balance for my team. Though, I don't think this is true across the company.
Cons
- SLT and sales leaders who verbally disrespect support teams continue to get away with it. In fact, the worst offenders have been promoted. Clearly all that matters is results, no matter the cost. - Work arrangements are not flexible, even where they could be. Leadership is stuck on return-to-office. Lots of people leaving due to this. Leadership refuses to open conversations around this. - Company is very old-fashioned in its approach to management. Lots of micromanagement and intimidation tactics. - No diversity in leadership. Like, literally none.
