My experience with this company has been nothing short of disappointing and frustrating. There are no proper employee policies in place, and to make matters worse, there’s no functioning HR department to address concerns. Senior management and higher-ups behave as if they own the company, and employees are treated more like personal servants than professionals. Work-life balance is non-existent. You’re expected to be available round the clock, with no regard for personal time or boundaries. Promises made during the hiring process — such as work-from-home options, weekends off, or any semblance of flexibility — are conveniently denied once you’ve joined. There are no official leave policies, no bonuses, no employee benefits, and absolutely no consideration for employee wellbeing. Even if the salary offer seems appealing, I urge you not to fall for it. It’s not worth sacrificing your mental health or professional growth.

Hold out for a better opportunity — one that values your time, respects your contribution, and honours what was promised.

Few people in team are nice and those are the reasons I stayed for more than a year

- Highly Underpaid for the type of work - More and more work not in the KRA keeps popping up - Company makes mistakes and are blamed on employees - Forced to come of time at 9am but most of the times we had to leave on 8 or 9pm (checkout time is 6pm) - No coordination between different teams - Not following their own set procedures and when fault arises due to that, blame on employees - Some employees are denied leaves for special occasions while management itself takes leave
