      Some staff members are welcoming.

      Cons

      The pay is low for the amount of work and large caseload. After a poor audit, management began enforcing policies more strictly, even on things that had been ignored for years, which created a lot of pressure for staff.

      Great work/life balance. Management cares about you but sometimes there isn't much that can be done to rectify the situation
