Business Outlook
Pros
- Everyone is friendly (or pure), easy to get along with the colleagues - The seniors are resourceful and willing to teach new grads - Many rooms for trying new tech / challenges - Respect your personal life - A decent office in HKSTP (with sea view etc) - Overall, good for learning (or retiring)
Cons
- Business support was a crucial factor for getting profitable / interesting projects (despite a good product) - Not profit-oriented (but more like research-oriented); the budget for recruiting juniors were relatively low
