Having to support multiple domains of technology, freshers can get great learning experience and exposure to technologies used in IT field.

Need to interact with middle east region people where communication can be difficult when Arabic is expected from client.

pros is that you will have no time to think for your break up!!

Uncountable....lets start , poor micro management, no compensation for extra work hour,and everyday extrahour work, they wont trust you, no appreciation for your work, discrimination between staff, blaming always for simple things, they dont want employee they want beslaver, no humanity and no sympathy in management persons, they think as we are labourers,no time for personal life.................. In short , life will be hell.
