Pros

This is a small company that appealed to me as a developer because I would get to work on some new concepts. They give you two large-screen HD Thunderbird Apple monitors which was a good sign that they invested well in their future.

Cons

Company has 250% turnover in just one year. Within one week I realized I had made a terrible mistake coming here. Everyone hates their job here and the product they are working on, and are happy to tell you about it, ad nauseam. No one respects management -- when the boss goes out of town, no one even comes into the office. This company's reviews appear to be no better than those of the parent company, Windhaven Insurance. During my first week, everyone told me how "slimy" management was. The product itself is awful. Built by people giving themselves titles like "lead developer" or "senior developer" when in fact, they have very little experience at all and they cut far too many corners in the design.

Pros

Top notch equipment - When I first started I received a 2014 MBP and I was soon upgraded to the new 2015 MBP. Everyone has dual Thunderbolt displays and motorized standing desks. Snacks on snacks (like Kind bars and K-Cups). Work/life balance is great, most days I would work 9-5. Occasionally might have to stay late to fix a bug, but that's the nature of the industry. Everyone I worked with was smart, motivated, and laid back. Great office culture. Jorge is the man. He's a great leader and the best boss I've ever worked for. I think that his leadership really makes Clutch great - he will do his very best to make sure we have everything to get the job done. If anyone needs any hardware/software/books he will go out and get them personally. He's open to new ideas and technologies, and he's not afraid to jump into the code and work on a problem with you. Overall just a great guy.

Cons

The office is starting to get cramped (a good problem to have) but I think Clutch is moving offices shortly. Also the amount of PTO could be increased, although I never had a problem getting off when I needed to.
