Completely disorganized and cliquey. Part of onboarding is to write a Glassdoor review hence the surplus of 5 star reviews. Typical start-up where their eyes are bigger than their stomachs. The main focus should be creating a scalable product however training is non-existent and there are no concrete processes in place. There are so many employees here who know a lot but have decided to gate keep their knowledge and use it to keep new team members from accelerating. A lot of claims of "teamwork" but that does not exist at Clyde. Its every man for himself and just hope someone sees all the hard work you do.
A majority of the E-team has never worked anywhere other than Clyde so they are incapable of knowing how certain things should work but will not listen or take into consideration any other opinions. Also, they (the E- team) took a trip to Mexico on the company's dime along with their favorite team members all in a very hush hush and suspicious way.
Additionally and important to note, like another review said, this is absolutely not a safe space for people of color.
