      No pros at all .

      Cons

      Training is rushed, no help when ‘qualified’. Expected to travel 3hrs to a job sometimes then get complaints when you’ve not done enough labour hours. Office staff are very cliquey, you ask for help and they just tell you to talk to your team leader. Staff turnaround is constant, people forever leaving. Stay away from this place, very poorly run

      They buy Yorkshire tea bags in the office.

      Cons

      Toxic environment, The culture is built on intimidation, favouritism, and bullying. Management are hostile, dismissive, and disrespectful, concerns are brushed off, and never dealt with. Morale is incredibly low, and the constant tension and fear of being targeted takes a serious toll on your mental health. This is not a safe or supportive place to work. Training opportunities are none existent, employees are not paid fairly and new trainee staff are brought in on the same wage as time served engineers with years of on site experience.
