False promises by management, non-payment of salaries for last 4-5 months, only give you preference when you're on contract and billable otherwise you don't exist. Not left with any projects to work on. Messed up decision making. You don't get any respect and sense of being once they start throwing their tantrums. Only focus on WebSphere commerce and no other technology platform. Please don't get fooled by what's written on the website. Lack of vision on growth. Have never learnt from their past mistakes and continue making the same. Completely lacking office infrastructure. Please don't consider joining as it is almost on the verge of shutting down. Universal Commerce Suite that they boast of is just theoretically existing only on site, the product doesn't exist.
