I am part of a really good team in R&D, very supportive leader and working environment. Good workplace culture.

Not very clear about career path, possible advancement and promotion.

Flexible work schedule, developing products that can have a real impact, interesting development projects, and a unique primer technology. Science and engineering staff are great.

Executive leadership doesn't do a great job managing and handling projects. I don't feel they are good at predicting developing timelines, which causes problems.
