Good benefits and flexibility but that is about it.
Cons
Constant confusion in all departments. Management has no idea if they are going or coming which is a well known joke within the company. They hire people as remote, and then decide to change their contact to go back to the office. Every new idea they try to implement is ill conceived and poorly implemented. I have never seen a company run like this in my entire life. Policies are unclear and everyone has absolutely no idea what is truly expected of them. Even something simple like planning on bringing people back into the office seems to be more complicated a task that they are capable of planning. Applying for other opportunities within the company is a complete waste of time. You will not even get an acknowledgment of the application.
