Poor senior management. They think that anyone can be a relationship manager. Why is it that the most senior person in relationship management has only 10 years on the job? Revolving door in the RM position because management has little respect for RM's. Senior management does not have a clue and is constantly shooting from the hip. You never have a vacation as an RM, you are expected to work on every vacation by calling in, talking to customers, checking e-mails, etc. Never really was allowed to shut off work. Why?
