Pays well, lots of overtime. Fair 401k and benefits

Lots of overtime, fellow employees who never really left high school, repetitive

They are generally efficient, have structured processes (it's a pro and con), training, and good benefits. My supervisor and GM were great in my department and cared about my learning and growth. Consistent work schedule, be there on time and leave on time (I am used to working over time that is unpaid as the norm so this was nice for me) There is a diverse range of people there, between ages, races, and education levels.

Very restrictive pay structure so moving up in pay is conditional, meaning you can have the same salary for many years if you stay in the same position despite being more competent, efficient, and improving in your job. People who become very valuable, know their job well or even multiple jobs, or who have years of experience should have competitive pay rate/respective salaries to their value. Also because of it's size and high turnover rate, they have many strict rules, policies, with every mistake watched and documented. Understandable but can be annoying. PTO is accrued monthly which is quite slow and amount is very little.
