      Pros

      Good people Benefits are good Flexible work arrangements

      Cons

      CoPilot is quickly going downhill with the re-introduction of one of the co-founders into operations. He is tanking the company, making people miserable, and single handedly causing mass turnover (both in layoffs and quitters). The CEO is a nice guy, but we dont see him around much anymore .

      Pros

      A lot of innovation happening at CoPilot AI, so a lot of potential. Pay structure has gotten more fair after management did a review.

      Cons

      Slow career growth for some people. LinkedIn could shut us down or make us change direction.

      - A lot of passion and drive and desire to get things done - Leadership that wants to succeed - A lot of opportunity to make a mark and run with projects

      Cons

      - Struggling to refind their footing a bit - A lot of uncertainty in the market right now, but they have the team to fix that if they can get everything to align - Some of their prime talent is being overlooked due to the market realities
