Pros

I've felt that working on CoPromote's small, close-knit team has accorded me the chance to be an integral part of the product, and feel like I'm making a significant difference in the company as a whole, all the while getting indispensable start-up experience. Hours are phenomenal, management is very understanding of any personal issues that arise, and the company overall allows for a very healthy work/life balance. Overall, great place to work; quintessential start-up experience.

Cons

Not enough funding to reach its full potential

Pros

CoPromote's software and product has made huge gains over my time as product lead. The company has a clear vision and is executing very well.

Cons

Wish we had more dev's on the team. We could be moving faster.

Pros

Amazing work timings and colleagues, also a very interesting idea this company is built on.

Cons

CEO doesn't pay you on time and till today I haven't received my 15 days work pay and 1 month paid vacation pay after several phone calls and emails. I have also tried to reach out to him through my attorney but it was in vain, never worked under any company which has troubled me so much for my own money. The CEO of the company Mike More handles the salaries and before leaving the company he said he would take care of it but I was a fool to trust him, he was such an amazing boss when I was in the company but his true colors showed up after I left the company, totally stopped taking my calls and responding to my emails when I started asking about the salary he owed. Please keep the above in mind if you decide to join the company. I completely lost respect for this company after this traumatizing experience. The company still hasn't paid me till this day. Also, the salary they pay is less.
