Exceptionally positive and thorough onboarding experience, even when joining remotely. It really makes you feel very quickly like part of the company.
Cons
This wasn't really a con for me but the main office is in Berlin so if you did want to work in an office environment you would need to relocate to Berlin.

CoachHub gave a ton of autonomy and fully remote work. They threw real responsibility at you right away, so you learned way more and built stronger skills than at most other places.
Cons
Leadership was unstable with constant manager changes. Only one performance review in three years and it ignored major contributions. Felt disconnected from team and recognition went mostly to sales.
