Conceptually this is an innovative company that democratizes content creation The head of football works extremely hard and is very talented
Cons
The founder/CEO has no processes to follow and puts nothing in writing. Training is a phone call or a loom recording of the CEO trying to give directions. Often it starts as informative and then goes off on a tangent. The CEO takes no responsibility and solely points the finger at the employees. The company is run completely by the feelings and emotions of the CEO. You can't trust anything that is said by the CEO to be followed up on, and often the CEO completely backtracks on the promises he has made.
