Pros
Like with any smaller start up, there are a lot of changes, but it always feels like changes are well considered from management, so they always make things better. Tons of amazing colleagues who are always willing to lend a helping hand. Everyone is working together, with very little negative competition. Our CEO is also excellent, and I really appreciate his values, and how he's built a company around working hard, self improvement, and building strong teams.
Cons
Low pay for a full time gig, but they do have a nice commission structure, so you have the opportunity to earn more.
