Pros

The Coassemble leadership team provide a strong level of confidence in the direction of the business. This is definitely a major accomplishment for an ever changing & rapidly growing business. The people of the company are talented, respectful, fun, & are always driven for success. I truly value the flexible working hours provided by Coassemble.

Cons

It would be great if the US office had an office dog like the one they have in Australia!

Pros

-Incredible work/life balance -Unbelievable benefits (seriously tell people about them and they think I'm lying). -A really passionate team of incredibly talented individuals -Equal opportunity workplace to grow into any position in the company

Cons

-Start-up SaaS firm, so very fast-paced with lots of moments that requires swift adaptions. Great for anyone looking to flex their skill set, but not a great fit if you're looking for linear structure in your day to day

Pros

Coassemble is super fun and a small, but really impressive team of go-getters and great communicators. Part of the team is in Australia and and rest is in the US, so it's great to be able to collaborate with teams across countries. Coassemble has fostered my personal growth and given me tools to be successful. At every point of the journey, I've felt that my opinions and feedback have been valued and truly considered before a new direction or approach has been chosen. Having never had that experience before, it's a welcome change of pace. I love working with a bright, dynamic team that likes to work hard and have fun, too. Social outings are frequent and a part of the Coassemble experience.

Cons

Working for a growing start-up requires flexibility and understanding of changes from previous processes. So this isn't so much a con, but something to consider for a person who prefers set processes with seldom change.
