If there's one thing that define Cobiro as a company right now, it's trust. The company is trusting you in delivering your best instead of forcing a specific work style or mentality on you. It's based on a more flat company structure with mutual trust and encouragement for new ideas and products updates. Friday bars are always fun and the culture is really cool. Everyone working here are friendly and always willing to reach out and help.
Cons
There will always be ups and downs when striving for the better. In my first half year here, it was a bit confusing sometimes and reminded me a lot of a startup. But as the company grew the people did as well. There's still some processes that can be optimised for the better, but we're heading in the right direction.
