Pros
Free bread and treats! With the right sales staff and team member management support can be fun. Not much else to say there. You really have to love baking and if you do you would be working elsewhere. Good for people who need a job as they always seem to be hiring. The only career options available to you in this company is if you really want to open a franchise.
Cons
Not a long term job. The hours are not inline with a good work life balance. No real benefits, much like retail you do not get holidays or long weekends. If you do not click with the staff, even being experienced, the job drops in quality pretty quickly. Having lots of staff turn over really hurts the social environment.
