3yWe appreciate and are always grateful for feedback from employees, past or present. We understand not everyone enjoys the fast-pace environment that comes with working in Tech and the challenges and opportunities that presents. When we met we would have been a growing startup trying to find our way in the world. Now that we’ve grown up a bit we’ve got milk in the fridge, as well as kombucha and beer on tap for when we celebrate. We have some fantastic people working for us currently, with an above industry average retention rate and formal processes for annual reviews.
