Pros

the staff are not only fun, but responsible as well. its makes the whol process really smooth, you're never left wondering what to do, where to go, or when you're getting paid.

Cons

the system of having to snipe for shifts can feel a little degrading and the lack of consistent schedule can get stressful

Pros

Decently sized company, with a good selection of clients and hours. Pays fairly well. Management is pretty helpful, and easy to talk to (Shout out to Mr. Hooten). PTO and benefits available.

Cons

As an armed "officer", you can carry a firearm (with little to no training), handcuffs (with no training), and mace/pepper spray (with no training). Anything else is "not covered by their insurance". Managment has openly stated that the company lacks the funds to offer proper training, or issue equipment to keep their employees safe. Denver Excise and Licenses requires 16hrs of training for a new armed guard to be licenced, and 8hrs of training for pre-licenced armed guards to start with a new company. Code 4 offers neither, but has you sign as having done the training. It's unconfirmed, but likely that Code 4 is forging the licensing paperwork for their guards. It is confirmed that they don't provide the training that is required/expected of them. APPLY WITH CAUTION!! This is a good way to get in a lot of trouble with Denver's E&L office.
