      THERE ARE NO PROS.....ITS JUST A JOKE ON THE NAME OF THE IT COMPANY. ADVICE NOT TO JOIN CODE BREW LABS

      *They don't provide salary slips or experience letters to the employee even after serving notice period. *They force the employees to write good reviews on glassdoor. All the reviews are written by employees who are forced to do so and they even force HR to write 8 - 10 good reviews for the company. *They never pay to the employee ,what he exactly deserves.

      Pros

      Work life balance is very good. Management is quite supportive and always encourage team members to grow up in their careers and take up courses to improve and contributes to the company. A good organization if you need to polished yourself. Its productive and fun workplace.

      Cons

      On average salary but I think some benefits must be needed.
