They will not respect your private life, your health, or your weekends, vacations, or time off. Don’t expect anything good, not even for the Christmas dinner. Nepotism, burnout, and unfair competition will be part of your everyday life. The daily control through Discord is very real, you can even be reprimanded for using the restroom.
