Unprofessional Leadership - Instructor Code Ninjas Employee Review

The leadership at this location was atrocious. Employees (hired as instructors) were expected to disinfect and clean the entire facility, with no prior disclosure as such. New hires with the same experience level were paid 10% less due to cost cutting. Once they were onboarded, the senior staff (who had been at the location for >1 year) were no longer given shifts and just "phased out" of communication channels. No shifts, no explanations, they just stopped giving us work assignments and expected us to just leave.
