Pros

Remote way of working. Nice colleagues.

Cons

The company has been through constant ups and downs. It was a typical Greek provincial company, then tried to grow by joining forces with a Dutch company and hiring a lot of people. Unfortunately, this expansion was poorly managed and eventually led to layoffs, which further damaged an already fragile culture. From my personal perpective there are no structured performance reviews or consistent feedback processes. Management often appears unreliable, making promises that are later withdrawn or changing direction frequently, sometimes depending more on mood than clear reasoning. Transparency is limited. From my experience, your situation largely depends on which client account you are assigned to and how management perceives you. If you are fortunate enough to be on a “good” project and align with management’s preferences, things may be smoother. If not, the experience can be very different.

Pros

Had many opportunities to grow, in several different technologies / aspects. Great care was put into creating a team, minimizing stress, and tailoring friendly work ethics. An easy recommendation.

Cons

I would be hard pressed to find any cons worth mentioning.

Pros

some very good colleagues, pay on time, no extra work

Cons

Everything is a performance for the customers. You can clearly feel that employees are used mainly as part of that show, rather than being genuinely valued. The company shows little to no care for employee well-being, and this attitude is obvious in daily operations. Even the so-called team-building activities feel like another performance aimed at impressing customers rather than supporting the team. There is no real appreciation for individual effort, and of course, this is reflected in the salary. There is no HR department, management is poor, and overall leadership is ineffective. The company is capitalistic at its core, and this negatively affects employees on every level.
