      Great family feel. Get a chance to really make a difference and be heard. The team are genuinely cared for. I've had great promotion success. Get paid overtime even as a manager. WIde variety of tasks - never a dull day.

      Cons

      Summers are busy with turnaround.

      Right from the very start I was made to feel welcome by every member of the team. The training and processes of passing that training were as a result of the great colleagues I’ve now made

      None, I turned down two other job others prior to be accepted by code my taster session let me know how much I would enjoy working with code

      Really great place to work with a friendly team and a clean, comfortable environment. Training is great, and there's always opportunities to progress and grow within the company. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to work.
